Remember, our GOLF priorities at this time are:
not cupping your wrist on the back swing
leading the downswing with your hips
increasing weight shifting throughout the swing.
And our life/movement/functional priorities are:
increase single leg stance ability/time/balance
improving glute strength and hip dominant movement patterns that can reduce pressure and pain on knees.
keep you out of a wheelchair
Happily, there is a lot of overlap between these two sets of goals!
