Posterior shoulder cuff release with tennis ball on wall 1-2 minutes 3-4x/day
Theraband posterior glide - Shoulder elevation
Ibuprofen 800mg 2x/day for inflammation
Remember, when you raise your arm, thumb up and elbow bent.
