Lars, thanks for helping out with my new IG feed! I think we’re on the right track for you and your shoulder. Below are your instructions we discussed.

  1. Posterior shoulder cuff release with tennis ball on wall 1-2 minutes 3-4x/day

  2. Theraband posterior glide - Shoulder elevation

  3. Ibuprofen 800mg 2x/day for inflammation

Remember, when you raise your arm, thumb up and elbow bent.
